A shoddy framework right now. Over half of this thing is homebrew anyways, and will probably not apply to any abbreviated medical-related text you&#039;ll find - medical shorthand and abbreviations are VERY region-heavy and each person will invariably develop their own esoteric shorthand only understood by them and them alone. This is pretty much what I use, and almost always in a handwritten medium, as medical abbreviations are only meant to save time and writing space…</description>
